The first part of they was fine because I had class. So I was too busy with taking notes from 8am to 9:20am in my American history class. Then I Went to my college algebra class where once again I was too busy to really notice that I couldn't use any technology. It really started to hit me when I had a hour brake in between one of my classes. It was then that evreyone in the world decided to call me. And I found this really annoying because usually I can use my phone since I couldn't that was really getting to me. Also I couldn't use the phone to tell me what time it was , my phone is my watch.
Luckly I was able to hand out with friends for that hour and chill and talk. I find that during the day because I am so busy I am not very dependent on technology. Then I went to class and was busy for and hour. I hung out in front of cooper for most of thee day talking and I was fine with that because I wasn't alone.
It was at the time I decide to go home when it hit me. The ride home seemed a lot longer because I couldn't use my I Pod. So I sat on the bus bored out of my mind thinking random thoughts and having annoying songs get stuck in my head. Then I noticed how quiet it gets when you have no t.v on or music so I studied a little and tried to read a book. I eventually got so bored that I just went to bed around 9pm at night. It was when I was alone that I realized how dependent on technology I really was.

Eco Foot Print
It was very pretentious because there wasn't really anything major that I could change. I don't own a car I take public transport and I live in an apartment. The grocery purchase thing is stupid because Natural grown foods are really expensive and I can't afford it so can't change that. Also my trash consumption is very little I don't really use plastic any thing that could be through away. Plus it seemed like just my existing is destroying the planet so why should I change. Basicly all the ways I could lower my eco foot print aren't viable.

Gays in society
I believe that one of the things that will affect me personally is the stigma against gays. Amendment 2 was passed because it was worded poorly and because people thought this was a purely " Gay Marrige Issue" well I think there wrong because this affects everyone. Those people who didn't get married but were got the same privilages as married people after a certian number of year well they are in trouble. Under this amendment your partner cant cover you for insurance. Isn't that nice. But basicly I as a Bi person I want people to not Accept me but either don't care or tolorate it because "gays" want the same things straight people want. And the whole sanctity of married thing is stupid because more Christians get Divorced than anyone. Also most abuse of children happens in Straight HOMES!!! So America needs to get of their high horse because teo guys or girls kissing shouldn't matter to you because it doesn't effect your life in ANYWAY so shove it . Thank you.

Direction of paper
The dicretion want to take it is either how religon warps ethics, how it difine it or a combination or the two. With the first I would be discissing religous fantisim and how it can subvert ethics. Then i would give examples as well. With the second I would dicuss how religon defines ethics in alot of societies. I woul focus on theocracy and things of that nature. The last one I would conbine the two and talk about how religon and ethics tend to warp one another for good or bad.

Were video games to blame for massacre?
Pundits rushed to judge industry, gamers in the wake of shooting
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18220228/I believe that they are right in saying that it is unfair for people to jump to conclusions and play the blame game. As a gamer I am shocked that people would unjustly blame video games for the reason why there are school shootings. They say in the article that after the police searched cho's home and found no video games Jack Thompson still would admit that he jumped the gun and was wrong. The fact that he refused to admit that he was wrong shows something very vicious about him.
Can video games improve driving ability?
Allstate testing if games can improve mental agility in people over 50
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26977480/I think that it is very intruging how video games have become so involvesd with everyday life. It seems to me that driving simulator would very much help everyone to learn to drive then slowly get them on the road. It is a great concept for this new age.
